Terms of Use
Terms of Use (also known as Terms and Conditions) for Moiret, operated by SYNTARION INDIA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, based on Indian law, with alignment to global best practices (e.g., e-commerce, digital services, IT rules, consumer protection law, and liability clauses).

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, applications, and other digital interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by SYNTARION INDIA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), trading under the brand Moiret, a company incorporated under Indian law with its registered office at 2nd Phase Gokula Ext., Kyathsandra, Tumkur City, Tumkur, Karnataka.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tumkur, Karnataka.
