At Moiret, operated by SYNTARION INDIA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request refunds for purchases made through our website, mobile app, or affiliated digital platforms ("Platform").

By purchasing from Moiret, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Physical goods that arrive in damaged or defective condition.
  • Service Delivery Failures: Paid services or digital content that cannot be delivered or accessed due to verified technical issues originating from our end.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive an item significantly different from the description or order details.
  • Billing Errors: In cases of accidental or duplicate billing.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Partial refunds may be available if cancellation is requested within a specific period (see Section 5).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after product/service delivery;
  • Failure to provide correct delivery address or contact information;
  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with;
  • Downloaded digital goods or content once access is granted;
  • Services rendered in full as agreed;
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “non-refundable”.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at supports@moiret.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order ID]";
  2. Provide details of your order, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, or billing statements);
  3. Submit your request within 7 calendar days of delivery or service access.
  4. Our team will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise requested.


5. Subscription and Recurring Charges

If you subscribed to a recurring service or product:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Refunds for partial subscription periods are at our discretion and typically issued only if cancellation is made within 72 hours of renewal.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/debit card or UPI refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Bank transfers or wallet refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your financial institution.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of a refund request:

  • You may contact our Grievance Officer at supports@moiret.com with full case details.
  • We will conduct a secondary review and respond within 10 business days.

8. Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer law, including:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
  • Relevant provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000, in the case of digital goods.

International users may also have rights under local jurisdiction-specific consumer protection laws.


9. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we suspect abuse of this policy, including:

  • Repeated refund requests for previously approved orders;
  • Claims inconsistent with order records or delivery confirmations;
  • Manipulation or alteration of submitted evidence.
