This Client Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations applicable to all clients engaging with SYNTARION INDIA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), under the brand Moiret, across all products, services, communications, and platforms.
2. Applicability

- All existing and prospective clients;
- All services and platforms provided by the Company;
- All employees, representatives, and contractors interacting with clients.

- Ensuring ethical conduct and fair treatment.
4. Client Onboarding
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration or engagement;
- Accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Client Policy;
- Undergo any mandatory verification or compliance process, if applicable.
5. Communication Standards
Clients shall:
- Receive timely and clear communication on orders, services, or changes;
- Be contacted through consented channels only (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp);
- Have access to a grievance redressal mechanism.
6. Service Level Commitment
We strive to meet all stated service levels, including:
- Timely delivery of services;
- Defined turnaround times for responses;
- Resolution of issues within reasonable periods.
Delays caused by force majeure or client-side inaction are excluded.
7. Confidentiality
All confidential or proprietary information shared by clients will be:
- Used solely for the purpose of fulfilling service obligations;
- Protected using secure technologies and limited access controls;
- Not disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and related laws. Clients have the right to:
- Access their data;
- Correct inaccuracies;
- Request deletion, subject to legal limitations;
- Withdraw consent.
9. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
- Treat our staff with respect;
- Not misuse our platform, systems, or services;
- Not provide fraudulent, illegal, or misleading information;
- Not engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior.
10. Payments and Fees
- All payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms;
- Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services;
- All applicable taxes, levies, and transaction charges shall be borne by the client.
11. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy. Clients must:
- Submit refund requests within stipulated timeframes;
- Comply with eligibility conditions;
- Understand that digital services once delivered may be non-refundable.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services, deliverables, or platforms remain with the Company unless expressly transferred. Clients must not:
- Copy, resell, modify, or redistribute proprietary content;
- Violate third-party IP rights using our services.
13. Contracts and Proposals
- Formal contracts or service agreements may be required for customized engagements;
- All client proposals are valid for a specific period as stated in the document;
- Scope, pricing, and delivery timelines must be mutually agreed in writing.

15. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service if a client:
- Breaches terms of agreement or applicable policies;
- Engages in unlawful or unethical activity;
- Fails to pay outstanding dues;
- Abuses staff or systems.
16. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential or indirect losses;
- Delays due to third-party service providers;
- Client-side technical or operational issues.
17. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify the Company against claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Breach of this policy or any agreement;
- Misuse of services or platforms;
- Violation of third-party rights.
18. Third-Party Services
Clients may access or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, APIs). The Company is not responsible for:
- Third-party availability or terms;
- Data shared directly with such parties;
- Any resulting damages.
19. Changes to Services
We may enhance, modify, or discontinue services from time to time. Clients will be notified of:
- Significant changes in pricing, features, or scope;
- Termination of legacy offerings with transition support.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tumkur, Karnataka.
